Summit organizers are compiling a report on the lived experiences of Ontario postsecondary students with disabilities. This report will be shared with postsecondary institutions to guide continuous improvements and changes to accessibility.

If you are comfortable doing so, we invite you to fill out this form to support the collection of anonymous stories and to ensure a better representation of student voices and lived experiences.

This survey will close 2 weeks AFTER the Summit, on February 22, 2025.

To ensure the privacy and security of your information, stories are stored on the University of Waterloo’s Qualtrics server and are only accessible to the two Summit organizers, Emma Collington and Samantha Fowler.
